3 years...a rolex stolen...a car broken into...workers coming into our apartment unannounced then saying they'd come into the wrong apartment! I was naked and my husband wasn't home. They came in after 6:30pm! I hadn't called for repair. Listen to the others and myself and don't rent there! Also...god forbid you need their help. The security person is rarely reachable, and fix-it needs are slow to be processed. It's a beautiful place...Nice ammenities...but beware...Regents Park Place is pretty on the outside...all twisted within.  Need to rent an apartment?
