Apartment Review for Regents La Jolla - La Jolla, CA

Tonight about 50 intoximcated college kids had another party at the pool tonight. The amplified dico music, flashing lights, foul language, yelling, and breaking beer bottles terminated when the poiice finally intervened at 11PM. There is no on-site manager to control what is happening here. The college kids, drug dealers, and partiers control the property after the office closes. Too bad we can not leave our windows open to receive the cool pleasant coastal breeze, but they must stay closed to block out the almost constant evening noise from the college parties or echos from loud talking.
