Don't let the fluff of amenities fool you, look at the details of shoody construction and poor management. There is a lot of noise in the day from construction cres who break into parked cars in the garage. At night there is a lot of noise and echos, with large dogs barking in early AM hours. You'll be sorry after you move in. I especially pity the people who have purchased a condo here. The few owner-occupants who live on site are bailing out of fast due to the problems and frustrations with management. To make matters worse, they are forsed to re-sell their units at a loss. Sales are very slow with more than half of the units wither vacant or unsold.
