Apartment Review for Regents La Jolla - La Jolla, CA

While the building looks nice on the outside it doesn't last long. It took only a couple of weeks for the stains to come up from the carpet. My kitchen sink has broke twice in the last month and despite repeatedly telling the staff that I had a clogged sink and was unable to use it it still took them almost 48 hours to come to my unit. The water has been shut off in the building twice without the staff notifying any of the tenants. They just wait until you complain then tell you that it was an emergency and that you were on their list to call you. This place is too expensive to be so cheaply built. Avoid it and I would also advise against the condos because they aren't much better.
