Since early 2004, the management has eliminated the 24-hour staffed entry service; the Concierge service has been reduced from 7 to 3 days per week; hallways are cleaned and vacuumed every three weeks only (had been weekly); weeds are sprouting through concrete throughout the complex; garden plants, except those in the public entry areas, are being neglected whereas they were regularly attended by landscapers.
