Apartment Review for Regents La Jolla - La Jolla, CA

I wish I would have looked at this site before I bought my unit. While property looks nice, you hear everything when you're inside your unit. I heard the upstairs neighbors every move and the outside noises. The elevator and hallways were always dirty and unkept. The management team was rude and did not help me with any of my problems. I lived here for a year (2006-2007), and then sold my place for $70,000 less than what I paid for it- granted the market is SD was horrible. There were 4 other similar units for rent at the time- and they couldn't find renters. While the pool area and the grounds were well maintained, it didn't make up for the noise. I never felt comfortable in my own unit. I would not suggest that anyone live or rent here. I just thankful that I was able to sell my unit, and move on from this place...
