We have been renting here since Jan. 03. About a year ago or so talk started about converting the apartment complex into condos. Ever since, the place has been going downhill! The office staff has changed repeatedly in the last few months. The most recent staff is extremely unfriendly, uncooperative. Their favorite mode of interaction appears to be to send out threatening letters (  Need to rent an apartment?
