Apartment Review for 521 Arenas St., Lower Unit, La Jolla - La Jolla, CA

I am moving out of this apartment (duplex)in a few weeks. I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone. The Landlord and Landlady (owners who live in top unit) are extremely difficult. They will not let your guests park in the driveway or even pull up across the driveway to pick you up. They will require that you not shower past 10pm at night. They will require that you turn your music and television to very low after 9:30pm every night. They will lock you out of the shared garage if you leave your clothes in the shared laundry facilities for more than 15 mins. They will severely try to limit your overnight guests and they will ask that you don't cook past 9pm at night. They have many other stipulations. I have lived in this apartment for one year. Even though the facilities are very nice, I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone.
